Product Description 

Galvanized Steel Combined  Water Tank is punched by Q235 into 500mm*500mm or 1000mm*1000mm and 1000mm*500mm standard panels, drilling around, after HDG treatment, assembly at site. When combined, the gap between two standard panels is sealed by silicon pad, connected by bolts.

Product show

Water capacity varies from 0.125 cubic meter to 1000 cubic meters, height may reach as great as 5 meters. 
Inflow, outflow tubes as well as return tube's diameter and place is decided by the designer, passages of at least 7000mm is needed around the tank.

Accessories 

Bolt. nut & washers: stainless steel 304 material.
Sealing material: Non-toxic P.V.C foam tape shall be used in between the joints
Covers:The tank cover shall be constructed from 1.2mm to 3.0mm of thickness stainless steel 304 material according to the requirement
Flanges :The sectional panels shall be pressed to double flanges at the angles of 45 degree and 90 degree to the face of the plate on four sides.
Reinforcement Method :All tanks are internally braced with angle stays to endure the rigidity of the tank when filled with the water. The Top panel is supported by top panel support, which shall be made of stainless steel grade 304 or 316 material according to requirement.
Precautions

1.When you order should provide water tank size, take over the place, diameter size.
2.Water tank can be supporting supply.
3.Use water injection temperature for the 4-65 is advisable. Water injection temperature higher than the value can be put forward in order to separately solve.

4.Water tank inside and outside of the other welding not welding, prevent damage porcelain face.
5.Water tank to the ground under should with structure design personnel for approval shall prevail.
6.Water tank should be regularly cleaned, try to prevent water into the trash.
